Please complete this form for quick payment of your umping invoice. Your invoice will be submitted to the treasurer of Ponoka Minor Ball and will be paid out twice monthly. For invoices submitted from the 1st to the 15th of the month, a cheque will be issued by the 25th of the month. Invoices submitted from the 16th to the 31st of the month will be paid on the 5th of the following month. For example, if you submit an umpire invoice on May 6th, you will be paid for that invoice on May 25th.
